Within 14 days from the moment of purchase, you can exchange or return the product that did not fit. To carry out exchange and return procedures, the product must be stored in the form in which it was delivered to the recipient with the existing tags and labels of the manufacturer. In the case of returning or exchanging the goods, the buyer pays the shipping costs. If the customer returns the product due to a brand error or defect, we fully cover the costs of the delivery service. The product cannot be exchanged or returned if it was received as a gift as a result of promotions and raffles.
